Melissa has spent over 20 years in senior living and somehow still believes every impossible idea can become reality. When she's not dreaming up the next big project, she's probably planning another one. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and MeMe Babies, traveling whenever she can, and encouraging everyone around her with her favorite phrase: "We can figure it out." Her passion for serving others and thinking outside the box continues to shape the future of MVSL.

Karen is the steady hand behind MVSL's finances, making sure every dollar supports our mission. She's organized, dependable, and somehow always knows where everything belongs. Away from work, Karen enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, traveling to her grandchildren's sporting events, and cheering on her favorite college football and softball teams. If something needs planning, budgeting, or organizing, Karen is already three steps ahead.

Alicia is passionate about excellence, accountability, and doing things the right way. She helps keep MVSL operating at the highest standards while supporting leaders through regulations and compliance. Calm, dependable, and incredibly knowledgeable, she's the person everyone turns to when they need the right answer. Alicia enjoys spending time with family and believes consistency and integrity build trust every day.

Sarah has spent 20 years in long-term care and was practically raised in the industry. She believes kindness, laughter, and genuine relationships make all the difference for residents and families. Married to another long-term care administrator and raising three busy kids, she's mastered the art of balancing compassion with organized chaos. In her spare time, she enjoys church, reading, shopping, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah is passionate about helping residents feel respected, supported, and truly at home. Her calm personality and caring heart make her a trusted leader and encourager to both residents and staff. She believes leadership is about serving others with grace and consistency. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and appreciates the simple moments that make life meaningful.

She's passionate about creating meaningful experiences that help children grow while strengthening connections between generations. Her positive attitude and caring spirit make her a natural leader. When she's away from work, she enjoys writing children’s books, making memories with family and embracing every opportunity to encourage others.

Her energy is contagious, and she believes kindness and connection can change lives. Whether she's meeting donors, writing grants, or organizing an event, Lily brings enthusiasm to everything she does.

Lindsay has been a nurse for 10 years and leads with compassion, confidence, and heart. Married to her high school sweetheart and raising four children, she somehow still finds time to coach youth wrestling and serve as President of the Vikings Wrestling Club. When she's not cheering on her athletes, she enjoys reading a good book and never turns down dessert.

Laura has dedicated her career to serving seniors with compassion and purpose. She believes the smallest acts of kindness—a smile, a laugh, or simply taking time to listen—often make the biggest difference. Her caring heart and years of experience help residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. Laura enjoys encouraging others and making every day a little brighter.

Lauren believes people are the heart of MVSL. She enjoys welcoming new team members, supporting employees, and helping create a workplace where everyone feels valued. Her positive attitude and caring personality make her someone people naturally seek out. Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with her family and is a proud mom of two amazing kids.

Caitlyn believes great food brings people together. As Director of Culinary, she combines creativity, determination, and attention to detail to create meals residents look forward to every day. She's passionate about serving others and finding new ways to make dining feel like home. Whether she's leading her team or planning the next delicious menu, Caitlyn pours her heart into every meal she serves.

Trenton lives by one simple philosophy: "Leave things better than you found them." Whether he's repairing equipment or improving the campus, he takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Dependable, resourceful, and hardworking, he's the person everyone calls when something needs fixing. If Trenton can't solve it, it's probably time to buy a new one.

Michael is committed to creating a campus where residents, families, and employees feel safe every day. His calm demeanor, genuine kindness, and willingness to help make him a reassuring presence throughout MVSL. He believes security is about building relationships as much as protecting people. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family and quietly serving others.

MeLynnda loves helping others learn, grow, and gain confidence. She has a passion for teaching and believes education should be engaging, practical, and maybe even a little fun. Whether she's leading an in-service or answering questions, she's always happy to share her knowledge. Outside of work, her favorite place to be is with her grandkids.

Katee is the definition of a team player. She keeps projects organized, jumps in wherever she's needed, and somehow always knows what's going on across campus. Whether she's coordinating events or solving last-minute problems, she's ready to help. Outside of work, Katee enjoys spending time with her basset hound, Auggie, watching her favorite shows, and proudly doing a little "dilly dallying."
