Methodist Village & Nursing Home is located in east Fort Smith. From Interstate 540 take the Rogers Avenue/Highway 22 EAST exit. Travel east on Rogers to 74th street (at St. Edwards Mercy Medical Center) and turn left. Go aproximately one-half mile north on 74th to Euper Lane and turn right and you will see our facility.
