                Charge Nurse L.P.N. or R.N.

   3-11 Shift
   Weekend Option Shift Available

Scope of Work:   
   Supervise the day to day nursing activities of the facility/wing during your shift.
   Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistant staff assigned to the wing.
   Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, charting, etc.
   Communication with local physicians as needed
   Drug Administration Functions

Specific Requirements
   Must possess a valid and current R.N. or L.P.N. license in the state of Arkansas
   Must be a minimum of twenty (20) years of age.
   Must possess the ability to deal with personnel, residents, family members and visitors as      well as government agencies and the general public.
   Must possess leadership and supervisory ability

Job Opening:     Certified Nursing Assistant

Scope of Work:
     Assist residents with activities of daily living
     Administrative functions such as documentation of flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
     Attend and participate in continuing education

Requirements:
     Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or enrolled in a Certified Nursing Assistant Training          Program.
     Will be required to pass Federal and State Criminal Background checks
     Must have current TB skin test
